Yep I do have a heart...
Well here is a quick note to tell everyone that I do have a heart...that's what my cardiologist said anyway...a few weeks back I had a very small heart attack which started as what I thought was indigestion...only from Judith pestering me to get it checked out at the hospital...we were driving past at the time...did I go in and say "I have a small pain in my chest"...to which I was taken by the hand and escorted to a machine that stayed hooked up to me for a week...it seemed that I had been having an attack for about 6 hours and so I was hospitalised and Judith stayed with me on the first night...
It was a big wake up call and the doc said I shouldn't have anymore problems providing I don't smoke and get my cholesterol down...anyone that knows my beautiful lady will know how stubborn she can be and so I no longer smoke and my lifestyle has changed a little as has Judith's
For those who knew about this I thank you for you support and prayers during this time...and for those who didn't know I apologise but we thought it was best just to get through this and beat it prior to telling everyone
Again thank you all from both of us...we will not forget...

Hey you!
Take this experience as a warning, and take it serious. Apparently your body gave you a second chance. Sure looks like you got a great life, the two of you. Don't waste it.....
